This 4 month renovation entailed demolition of most of the existing layout and finishes. New framing and layouts to build back with the new standard finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and millwork.
This 2 month project entailed a complete tear down of the wallpaper, extraction of the floors, and renovations to workstations. All 16 rooms were remodeled from the floors, walls and ceilings.

The GE Nuclear Camera project consisted of floor removal/install, drywall work/paint, remove/replace crash guards. We removed the old 4 foot door/frame and replaced with 5 foot frame/door w/ leaf. Upgraded lighting and installed new electrical for equipment to function.
The Zoe Garden Patio consisted of giving the walls a new coat of paint, giving the round concrete slabs a small makeover with paint and adding beautiful planters, replacing old concrete grouting and adding patio tables and benches.
The Methodist Cafeteria located in SL1 received drywall patch and repair work followed by a new coats of paint to accommodate the gray color scheme that was desired.
The Doctor's Lounge received a complete upgrade with more workstations, drywall, cabinets/storage storage, electric fireplace, flooring, and bathroom addition.
The Nationwide Wood Canopy was stripped of the old finish and given a face lift with a new finish and seal.
